Essential specialist support services for WinTester, MOTE and WinDev-SIM products in providing licences for these services up to Windows 7.

MOTE and WinDev-SIM products in providing licences for these services up to

Windows 7. These products enable operational performance diagnostics and testing

for Signals, Signs and MIDAS. This enables maintenance, product support,

commissioning and acceptance testing for Regional Maintainers, Third Line Support

and all Smart Motorway Schemes. This catalogue item is to provide 12 months

licences for use with these products from 1st September 2022 to 31st August 2023.

Prior to issuing a licence key to the end user, the end user agrees to be bound by

the terms of the enclosed EULA.

Explanation

This Call-off contract is essential for addressing specific requirements arising from the aftermath of two failed procurements for the Roadside Diagnosis Device Tester (RDDT). The operational needs, particularly the necessity for License Keys for WinTester, MOTE, and WinDev-SIM licenses, have become urgent. To ensure continued functionality and operational efficiency, the Customer is required to establish a direct contractual arrangement for the timely procurement of these essential licenses
