New Telephony Solution

Wrexham County Borough Council have a hosted contact centre (Nice CXone), a back office On-Premise Avaya solution and an integration with PCI Pal with all contracts scheduled to end March 2025.

As part of the exploratory work ahead of a new contract, we are looking to engage with suppliers in this marketplace.
