2.2 Description of the goods or services required

NWSSP – Health Courier Services require a supplier to provide comprehensive Tachograph and Operator Licence management support for our Managed HGV Transport (Restricted Licence) Service. This includes timely Tachograph analysis, infringement reporting with personalized action plans, monthly site visits, efficient response to transport incidents on an All-Wales basis within 5 hours, and meticulous file checking for maintenance and safety compliance across designated sites.
