The Welsh Language Commissioner wishes to commission research with a cross section of people who can speak Welsh, in order to discuss their possible experience of receiving negative comments towards their use of Welsh, or the fact they speak Welsh, or any other experience of other people stopping them from speaking Welsh or making them uncomfortable for speaking Welsh.
