Description of the contract

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake A fire detection system to be installed to a Grade D1 Category LD1 (all rooms excluding bathroom) Using Ei3000 series of alarms, including Carbon Monoxide detection and interlinked via Radio Frequency at Trivallis’ property - Fernbank House, Pontypridd, CF37 1RA.

This call for competition exercise is restricted to contractors who sit on Trivallis’ dynamic purchasing system (DPS), Lot 5 – Electrical.

The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.

This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.
