II.2.4) Description of the procurementThe University of Dundee have three independent boiler plant systems operating at its City Campus in Dundee.
The University of Dundee are seeking an external contractor to:
- Manage the operations and maintenance of the Energy Centre and other boiler assets in Matthew Building and The Wellcome Trust Biocentre as outlined above.
- This provision should include 24/7 coverage including planned preventative maintenance, servicing and reactive maintenance including out of hours provision.
