Essex County Council is reopening its Semi Independent Accommodation Framework to enable Providers who are currently on our framework to refresh their pricing.

We will be hosting a virtual engagement event for the Market on Thursday 23rd November at 11am to book a space on this event please contact craig.forster@essex.gov.uk

Please note you will only be able to refresh the pricing on lots which were awarded in the original tender. If you wish to apply for additional lots please visit the link for new entrants and complete the additional quality questions.
