2.1 Title

Final Project Evaluation

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

An independent final evaluation of the mWave Demonstration ERDF project, in line with Welsh European Funding Office requirements for the final evaluation of the project. The contractor will:

- Review the mWave Demonstration ERDF Project against the latest version of the revised Business Plan to evaluate the operation and outputs of the project and performance against cross cutting themes

- Produce a final evaluation report
