The scope of this tender is to review proposals for the Planned Kitchen Replacements

The area in scope of this contract is properties located within:

• Blaenau Gwent

• Rhondda Cynan Taff

• Merthyr Tydfil

• Torfaen

• Newport

Hafod is looking to appoint two contractors with works commencing from October 2023.

The contract term will be for 3 Years with the option to extend for up to 2 x 12 month periods.
