Description of the goods or services required

The project involves creating improved active travel linkages from Clarence Crescent to Nant y Gamar Road, Llandudno. Works include site clearance, fencing, drainage, kerbing and footway, pavement, road marking, signing, electrical connections, street lighting (inc. Zebra beacons) and landscaping.
