2 Contract Details
2.1 Title

Project Management of The Slate Landscape of Northwest Wales World Heritage Site Conservation of Mon

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

This commission asks that you develop, design and manage a monument conservation programme to carry out conservation works to selected monuments within three areas of The Slate Landscape of Northwest Wales World Heritage Site to improve their condition, accessibility and/or public presentation. The three areas are Llanberis, Bethesda and Blaenau Ffestiniog.

The tender will be assessed on an 80% Quality/20% Price basis.

All work to be completed by December 2024.

The total budget available for the work detailed in this request for tender is £60,000.

The total budget for the whole project is £510,000 (including Phase 1 and Phase 2). This sum includes all associated fees and costs (e.g. project management, travelling, meetings, and carrying out the conservation works. It does not need to include the cost of statutory consents).
