This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is issued by the Contracting Authority London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) to inform the market of the forthcoming opportunity, as LLDC wishes to secure a new operator to undertake an operation and maintenance underlease for the ArcelorMittal Orbit located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London. It is envisaged that the underlease duration will be for an initial 7 years (with an option to extend for up to 3 years).
