This procurement exercise for ESOL New to English UK SPF 2023-2025 (the "Services") is being conducted as a General Further Competition ("Further Competition") under the Electronic Market Place (EMP) Ref: KMCAS-164; Provision of Adult Education, Training, Employment & Lifelong Learning (the "EMP").

Tenders are invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers appointed to Category 2 - English Language Support for English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) of the EMP with relevant experience and ability to deliver ESOL New to English UK SPF 2023-2025 (the "Services") as detailed in the Further Competition documents.

The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") wishes to establish a programme of services with a maximum of Three (3) suitable Delivery Partners for qualified tutor-led Non-Accredited community based ESOL courses/activities. A further Three (3) partners may be contracted to deliver informal Meet, Try, Learn activity. Applicants can also work in partnership with other partners and submit a partnership bid. Applicants must name all sub-delivery partners in the bid.
