II.1.4) Short descriptionRenfrewshire Council are seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide Housing Stock Condition Surveys for approximately 12,200 dwellings, circa 1150 lockups and 60 laundrette blocks. It is anticipated that the appointed supplier will carry out approximately 20% of the surveys, both internal and external, in each contractual year. Stock data will be provided to the Council in an agreed format. The data provided will include an up-to-date estimated schedule of rates for replacement costs to assist in profiling and analysing future spend. Energy Performance Certificate"s may be requested as part of surveys as and when required.
