This Expression of Interest (EOI) seeks information relating to the provision of support to patients of all ages and their families who are cared for in the NHS England highly specialised service for Ataxia Telangiectasia which is provided from two hospitals in England.

The service requirement is to complement the national Ataxia Telangiectasia clinical service, which is commissioned from two expert providers in England to deliver of high-quality specialised care to patients, by providing non-medical patient support through embedded support co-ordinators and including relevant and up to date information. The current contract for this service expires on 31st March 2024 and this EOI is to gather information to inform a replacement contract.
