Description of the contract

Cardiff University wishes to lease 8 wide format plotter devices, including ink and maintenance, for a period of 5 years.

The devices are for use within the School of Architecture for printing high quality graphics and CAD drawings. During peak periods a large number of students will need to print in a short space of time and so devices should be able to support a busy graphics production environment.
