Description of the goods or services required

To support the Early Years and Childcare sector in Merthyr Tydfil to develop robust business practices whilst ensuring full compliance with Care Inspectorate for Wales (CIW) requirements.

To offer advice and support to new and existing childcare providers to ensure the sector delivers affordable and quality childcare for children, young people and their families.

The contractor will support childcare providers to become sustainable businesses offering quality early years and childcare opportunities for children and their families.
