Description of the goods or services required
Cardiff Distillery are seeking quotes for the following pipework which will allow a canning line to be fully functional. Pipework requirements Watermains feed around the distillery run in 28mm pipe 130 meter run with 10 tees with isolators CO2 pipework - supply, install, test (8 bar) and commission the following: 28mm copper pipework running at high level from a liquid CO2 tank 120 meter run and install 7 of down drops in 15mm copper, with 7 CO2 regulator/outlet points. Steam Pipework in 2 inch insulated stainless steel 10 meters, 4 meters steam pipework for steam injector, 6 meter condensate pipe work stainless steel 1 inch Cooling tower to pasteuriser hydraulic water hoses flow and return about 16 meters 4 inch pipes. Compressed air supply- manifold for 10 outlets the pipework across the distillery run in 12mm plastic with isolators circa 200 meters Brewery hoses with tri clamp fittings: 6 x 2 meter hoses 4 x 30 meter hoses 4 x 0.5 meter hose 10 x 3 meter hose NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=134233.
