Physiotherapy Service for Employees

Cyngor Gwynedd invites tenders from qualified providers to provide a professionally managed physiotherapy service to Cyngor Gwynedd’s employees and employees of organisations to whom an occupational health service is provided by Cyngor Gwynedd’s Occupational Health Service, in accordance with the needs set out the Specification document.

3 year contract (with break clause options at the end of the first and second year).

Some of the minimum standards and qualifications required include:

- The contractor’s staff must be registered and qualified to degree standard with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and MCSP (member of the Chartered Physiotherapy Association); and

- The contractor must be able to hold the physiotherapy sessions and provide the contact service through the medium of fluent Welsh and English; and

- The contractor’s staff must be certified by the disclosure and barring service (DBS).
