Contract for the Supply and Installation of Renewables at Woodside, Clydach EWI Scheme

Swansea Council ADG has been appointed to design and project manage a regeneration scheme to bring dwellings in line with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard requirements. The specification document sets out the specification in line with the Client (Swansea Council Housing) Brief.

The purpose of the regeneration scheme is to carry out works to upgrade Thermal Value to 34nr. Council owned properties at Woodside Crescent, Brynteg and Players Avenue, Clydach.

Properties within regeneration scheme are tenanted 2/3 Bed semi-detached properties and 2 storey flats
