Description of the contract
Our staff conference is an annual event, designed to bring all Social Care Wales colleagues from across Wales together. This year’s conference will be hold in Cardiff City Hall on Thursday 28 September (9.30-16.30). We’re expecting circa 200 - 220 people in attendance at this year’s conference. Social Care Wales has rapidly expanded over the last couple of years, and many people have not yet had the chance to get to know each other, partly due to our recent transition to a a hybrid model of working. For this reason, the theme of this year’s event is “Getting to know each other and what we do.” We’re looking for support to design the conference, including developing the skills of Social Care Wales staff to lead and facilitate activities on the day and providing a bilingual (Welsh/English) host. We are looking for innovative methods of delivery to create an event that is participative, inclusive, focused and of course, enjoyable. |
