Tenant Engagement and Support Review

The Client aims to award a contract to undertake research, to review current tenant participation and support activities.

A work plan for 2023/2024 activities has been agreed on by Welsh Government and Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) Cymru, as of January 2023. These activities were planned in line with the aims below:

- Support social and private sector tenants to understand, shape, improve and influence Welsh Government and sector policy.

- Support social and private landlords and agents to better engage inclusively with their tenants.

- Signpost tenants to resolve housing and tenant engagement issues and concerns.

- Support the decarbonisation of social and private rented sector housing.

The research project will be looking to review the funding and how it is being used in the current structure. It will focus particularly on how flexible the current schedule and grant length is, in terms of allowing for the addition or removal of activities due to concerns regarding workload, and prioritisation of activities. It will not be a review of the performance of TPAS Cymru who are funded to deliver the activities set out above, rather to understand how the allocated funding supports WG aims in relation to tenant engagement, meets the needs/requirements of tenants and is fit for purpose.

- In order to log-in to the Platform please enter your Username and Password.

- Note: If you forget your Password then visit the homepage and click “Forgot your password?”

- Registration should only be performed once for each Organisation.

- If you think that someone in your Organisation may have already registered on this Platform then you

must not register again.

- Please contact the person who Registered (i.e. the Super User) in order to arrange access to the Platform.

- Contact the Helpdesk immediately if you are unable to contact the Super User (for example if they have

left your Organisation).

- Note: If your Organisation is already registered on the Platform then you must not make any additional

registration. Please contact the Helpdesk to gain access to the Platform.

- Tenders must be uploaded to the BravoSolution portal by 2pm

- Once logged in you must click on ‘ITT’s Open to all Suppliers’

- The e-tender references for this contract are: project_53945, itt_103923

- Click on the title to access summary details of the contract. If you are still interested in submitting a
