Description of the contract

The works shall consist of the design, supply and replacement of existing T12/T8/2D/halogen etc. luminaires with LED equivalents at Elfed High School. The Contractor must also provide 2 O&M manuals per site, 1 for the site and 1 for the Authority. All projects must also be Salix compliant and have a payback of 8 years or less based on predicted energy savings. Therefore no guarantee of work can be given.
