Preliminary Market Consultation for a Reactive Maintenance Services to Age UK Retail Stores Age UK is initially seeking to engage with facilities management and maintenance service providers to ascertain initial recommendations, inclusions within a future specification, ideas and innovations and top-level proposals for a potential re-procurement. The questions raised within this PMC therefore are a guide and responders are encouraged to provide whatever further information they feel would benefit Age UK in helping shape a future maintenance service procurement strategy. The output of this PMC will help to build a business case for a possible re-procurement of future maintenance services either nationwide or regionally based in the coming year.
