Queen’s University Belfast wish to procure a collection of equipment to support the fabrication off a range of electronic and photonic devices.This tender is divided into Six lots, these being Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of a:• Lot 1 Wire Bonder• Lot 2 Dicing Tool• Lot 3 Bond Tester• Lot 4 Reflow Oven• Lot 5 Die Bonder• Lot 6 Probe StationEconomic Operators are invited to tender for one or both lots. Each lot will be evaluated independently against the evaluation criteria and Queen’s reserves the right to award each Lot separately. It is Queen’s intention of awarding each Lot to one Economic Operator.
