II.2.4) Description of the procurement

NHS England (East) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express interest in delivering Talking Therapy Services (Norfolk) by responding to this opportunity as required and described in the published tender documentation. NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process.<br/><br/>The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.<br/><br/>The service is required to support the public health services elements of Sexual Assault Referral Services (SARS), and the co-commissioning of services within the wider Sexual Assault & Abuse Services (SAAS) pathway in Norfolk.<br/><br/>As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of 3 months. Contracts are awarded on an AQP basis and are therefore zero value, zero activity guaranteed.<br/><br/>Full details of the service can be found and are included as part of the documentation within the project on Atamis.
