Description of the goods or services required
the annual and bi-annual maintenance/servicing (as per manufacturer’s instructions) of all kitchen canopy and ductwork cleans across Newport Norse and Newport City Councils estate portfolio as per TR/19 HVCA guidance & BS15780:2011. The contract period is a 2-year 4-Month contract starting 1st September 2023 to 31st December 2025. The contract estimated value is £25,000.00 per year. Minimum standards and qualification required
The Contractor shall ensure that the Personnel employed on the Contract are suitably trained, experienced and familiar with the type of equipment to be maintained and are capable of carrying out the work in every respect. Personnel employed on the inspection and maintenance of all Kitchen Canopy and Ductwork Cleans shall be trained to an industry standard. The contractor shall have a membership to Safe Contractor and a trade body such as HVCA or similar. All personnel working on this contract must have Confined Spaces Awareness Training if and when required to complete the job. |
