MECHANICAL SERVICES

• Pre-removals/works checks

• Temporary LTHW service install

• Boiler house replacements and upgrades

• “Light touch” upgrades to existing heating system and domestic water systems including exposed pipework upgrades

• New central distribution services

• Building Management System to control pumps etc.

• Testing and commissioning.

ELECTRICAL SERVICES

• Pre-removals Inspection

• Removal of existing Small Power/lighting & emergency lighting

• Relocation of Fire alarm/Tunstall system or temporary provision

• Temporary provision of lighting & emergency lighting

• Requisition of new national grid supply for Flat 9

• Boiler house replacements and upgrades

• Building Management System to control pumps etc
