VII.2.1) Description of the modifications

This modification is requested as additional services are required due to legislative updates and moving to a new corporate records management solution that has highlighted complexities.

VII.2.2) Reasons for modification

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Additional services have been required due to legislative updates and moving to a new corporate records management solution which

highlighted complexities therefore the Authority will be relying on Regulation 72(1)(c) as the need for the change could not have been

foreseen by a “diligent” Department and the changes do not affect the overall nature of the contract or exceed 50% of the value of the

original contract.
