Landscaping works starting 16 May 2023 for completion by 28 November 2023. Works to follow on from the demolition of 4 buildings on site and will include the rectification of building footings ahead of the main landscaping. Purpose of the works is to create a central courtyard and will include requirements for servicing works, soft and hard landscaping and general improvement works.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement

Landscaping works at Stratford-Upon Avon starting 16 May 2023 for completion by 28 November 2023.

Works to complete a major redevelopment project and the successful contractor will be working on a live educational site while demolition is underway. It is imperative that all noisy works need to be complete before students return in late August however tree planting/turf etc. will be best done over the autumn due to weather.

Early notification is provided to encourage supplier engagement. Indicative timelines are as follows - please ensure your availability if interested

College closed for Easter 31.03.23 - 17.04.23
