This notice is for a proposed renewal framework for security services and cash collection.

The purpose of this notice is to enable interested parties to engage with Scotland Excel to discuss the opportunity, marketplace and options regarding the structure of the proposed procurement.

It is anticipated that the scope of the services covered under the framework will include, but not be limited to, guarding, stewarding, marshalling, key holding, mobile patrols and cash collection.

Please note that at this stage the scope of the framework and its lot(s) are subject to change.

This stage is the opportunity for interested parties to consult with Scotland Excel in relation to the upcoming framework. Scotland Excel endeavours to implement the most effective framework for both purchasers and suppliers and therefore invites suppliers to provide input in relation to the potential scope and structure of the renewal framework. Due to the size of the market base, the consultation will be conducted via the following survey:

All interested parties are encouraged to complete the market consultation survey and to provide as much relevant detail as possible as this is the core opportunity to feed into framework development. Scotland Excel may invite a representative group of respondents to conduct teleconference meetings.
