SU114(23) Campuses Project Phase 2 Market Analysis

The successful supplier will be required to conduct market analysis and produce a report,

outlining the options available to ARCH for phase 2. The primary outcome of the required

market analysis is to inform future planning, prioritisation and decision making amongst

partners (Swansea University, Hywel Dda UHB, Swansea Bay UHB, and Swansea Bay City

Deal) about vision, strategic direction and next steps for the ARCH Strategic Initiatives and

Phase 2 Innovation Park, underpinned by robust evidence. An analysis is required with a final

report provided to support strategic planning and decision making for the Phase 2 Innovation

Park and broader ARCH Strategic Initiatives in Research, Enterprise and Innovation. The

analysis will consider the following areas:

1. The investor case

2. The developer case

3. The industry Case

4. The academic case

5. The clinical case

These cases should identify and reference national and international exemplars of similar

developments with comparable size, scope and scale, highlighting learnings that are relevant

to ARCH Strategic Initiatives and the Phase 2 Innovation Park.
