Description of the contract

Software providers who have developed iSBEM or Dynamic Simulation Modelling software packages will need prior approval by the Welsh Government before it can be used for building regulation compliance purposes. To ensure the software is performing correctly, this tender seeks a supplier to validate the software to ensure it operates in a manner and to a standard consistent with the National Calculation Methodology.
