• Quote Now Quote Left: 9 Product Description Buyer Business Info. I am a project manager for "AlaabDZ, " a new factory for manufacturing educational toys and board games based in Annaba, Algeria. Our project is officially supported and funded by an Algerian government investment fund (NESDA).
  
  As part of equipping our production line, we are looking for a reliable manufacturer for an industrial flatbed UV printer.
  
  We refuse entry-level or desktop machines. We strictly require the following technical specifications:
  
  1. Technical Specifications:
  
  Printing format: 600 X 900 mm (Model 6090).
  
  Print heads: 3 X Epson I3200-U1 (or Ricoh G5I) strictly. We refuse XP600 or DX5 heads.
  
  Ink configuration: CMYK White Varnish (capable of printing all three in a single pass).
  
  Worktable: Perforated aluminum vacuum table with suction pump.
  
  Drying system: LED UV lamps with water cooling (industrial chiller included).
  
  Z-axis height: Minimum 150 mm to 200 mm, with automatic height sensor (Auto-Height sensor).
  
  Software: RIP software included (preferably Photoprint / FlexiPRINT, or Maintop).
  
  Accessory: 1 X Rotary attachment for printing on cylindrical objects.
  
  2. Commercial and Banking Requirements:
  As this is a state-funded project, we are subject to very strict banking rules:
  
  Payment condition: 100% by irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C).
  
  Incoterm: Please provide your quote in FOB (please specify your port of shipment).
  
  Offer validity: The final Proforma Invoice must be valid until May 30, 2026, for approval by the government commission.

  2. Exigences Commerciales et Bancaires :
  S"agissant d"un projet financé par l"État, nous sommes soumis à des règles bancaires très strictes :
  
  Condition de paiement : 100% par Lettre de Crédit (L/C) irrévocable.
  
  Incoterm : Veuillez établir votre devis en FOB (merci de préciser votre port d"embarquement).
  
  Validité de l"offre : La Facture Proforma finale devra impérativement être valide jusqu"au 30 mai 2026 pour l"approbation de la commission gouvernementale.
