A.   Summary of Requirements   

The Scope of Works for ES01-04, ES02-04, ES03-03, and ES03-04 generally includes, but is not limited to, the following Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, as detailed in the Specifications, Drawings, and Bill of Quantities:

S02-04 — Khili Village, Sanasomboun District, Champasak Province

Outdoor Works: Landscape, civil works, drainage, electrical distribution, and water supply infrastructure serving the site.

Building A — Evacuation Shelter (325m²) — Retrofit: Removal of existing external walls to extend the building footprint, construction of building extension, and installation of a new electrical system throughout.

Building B — WC Building (45m²) — New Construction: Full structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing works for a new sanitary facility.

Building C — Kitchen and Storage (45m²) — New Construction:

• The pre-bid meeting for bidders will be held on 23 June 2026 at 11:00 am (Lao Time) at the Champasack Labour and Social Welfare Department in Champasack Province.

• The Site Inspection/Visit will be conducted in the afternoon on 23 June 2026 in Khilli Village, Xanasomboun District, Champasack Province.

• The deadline for submitting requests for clarifications/questions: 5 days before the scheduled bid submission deadline in the system. 
• The deadline for submission is 17 July 2026.
