Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: * Support
the communications and visibility strategy for JET initiatives in Asia-Pacific, particularly under the IKI-JET project, including the Community of Practice and events linked to it. *
Develop communication and promotional materials for dissemination of knowledge products, including research reports, policy briefs, toolkits and micro-learning materials on JET. * Provide
technical support for communications and visibility of CoP on JET activities, including webinars, workshops and policy dialogues. * Prepare communication outputs related to events (both
online and in-person), including announcements, summaries, social media content, web articles and newsletters. * Support the visibility and reporting of the Workshop on the JET Tool
including pre-event promotion, on-site communication and materials post-event reporting. * Produce promotional content for dissemination of webinars, workshops, training sessions and
micro-learning initiatives. * Conduct and coordinate all visibility activities and webinar preparations under the IKI-JET initiative. * Support processing of publications through ILO
procedures, including coordination of internal clearance, editing, layout and dissemination steps. * Prepare communication materials for knowledge sharing within the CoP on JET, including
summaries, key messages and highlights. * Document and report on JET-related events (online and in-person), including preparation of concise event reports and communication briefs. Please
