Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks one qualified Russian-speaking trainer to support the Digital Convergence Initiative (DCI) Training Programme in Turin, Italy between 8-12 June 2026. The assignment involves adapting standard DCI training modules to local contexts, tailoring case studies and exercises and developing additional content where needed. The trainer will deliver participatory, interactive sessions to policymakers, administrators and technical experts, ensuring learning objectives are met and participants can apply knowledge in practice. The assignment will directly contribute to strengthening institutional capacities for digital transformation and interoperability in social protection systems.
