Request For Quotation (RFQ) for provision of teleradiology services in European Region for Stop TB Partnership, UNOPS (Албания - Тендер #71331048)

Description

The objective of this RFQ is to identify Service Providers with whom UNOPS, Stop TB Partnership in Geneva can establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide teleradiology services to TB REACH, Stop TB Partnership in the European Region (EUR), which includes the following countries: Israel, Turkey, Russia, and Central Asian republics. Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Uzbekistan.

The bid should include the relevant technical and financial information by submission of the Returnable Bidding Form. The evaluation methodology will be lowest priced most technically acceptable.

Based on the results of this competitive bidding exercise, UNOPS intends to enter into a BPA with the successful Bidder for the supply of the specified services in support of UNOPS operations. The mechanism will be a cost-reimbursement contract with an estimated ceiling (not to exceed) amount.
