Description of the Assignment: To support the Ministry of Finance/Central Harmonization Unit by providing an organizational assessment of analytical units’ functionalities. To support the implementation of selected elements of Performance Management in public fund beneficiaries by contributing to Activity 3.1: Strengthening the regulatory framework for implementing FMC across the public sector.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
