Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Junior Consultant will support the ILO’s Cooperative, Social and Solidarity Economy Unit in advancing knowledge and policy analysis on the social and solidarity economy (SSE). The assignment will contribute to three key outputs under the 2026–27 workplan: (i) systematization of legal frameworks on SSE in 33 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean to support publication of a regional brief (in Spanish), (ii) analytical mapping of SSE-related concepts in Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC 3.0) and preparation of a policy-oriented brief on SSE and NDCs, and (iii) finalization of two country-specific policy briefs and preparation of a regional dissemination webinar concept note. The consultancy combines legal analysis, comparative policy mapping and publication-ready drafting in line with the ILO Resolution concerning decent work and the social and solidarity economy.
