Description

The software development firm will develop a national digital compliance & traceability platform which supports national efforts for improved compliance, transparency, and supply chain accountability. The platform will serve as a centralized digital infrastructure enabling: • Compliance monitoring and reporting aligned with national laws, ILS, GSP+ requirements, and due diligence standards. • Multi-tier supply chain traceability, capturing data from raw materials to finished products. • Digital Product Passport (DPP) data management, enabling exporters to meet upcoming EU requirements. • SME formalization and profiling, including registration checks, advisory support, and integration with sector bodies. • Dashboards, analytics, and risk scoring, supporting government regulators, sectoral associations, and enterprises. The platform will enhance labour governance, strengthen value-chain due diligence, and enable enterprises especially SMEs to demonstrate compliance in local and international markets. The firm will ensure design, develop, test, deploy, and operationalize the National Digital Compliance & Traceability Platform. The assignment includes developing the technological architecture, modules, dashboards, mobile/web applications, API integrations, and data management systems required to establish a secure, scalable, and user-friendly national digital platform.
