Description
The objective of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to identify and award a competent vendor to design and deliver advanced digital skills training modules tailored to Government
officials in Mozambique and sector professionals. The assignment also includes the development of targeted courses for entrepreneurs, women, youth, and persons with disabilities, with a
strong emphasis on practical, market-driven, and job-ready competencies aligned with current labour market needs. The assignment will involve research, stakeholder consultation, module
development, pilot testing, finalization and preparation for scaled delivery based on pilot findings. Specifically, the vendor is expected to: • Develop training modules and curricula,
addressing skills gaps in advanced ICT areas, including on AI, robotics, IoT, cybersecurity, blockchain, data analytics, cloud computing, among others, taking into account existing
Mozambican content in order not to duplicate, and aiming for certification. • Prepare Portuguese-language content for integration within the ITU Academy platform, accessible for
face-to-face and online delivery. • Deliver training courses to ensure that they are ready for scaling. • Through the work contribute to building a digital skills training delivery
framework to guide sustainability of training course implementation. • Contribute through insights from the work to strengthen select higher education institutions as centres of
excellence for advanced ICT training in Mozambique. • Mainstream digital accessibility and inclusion, with activities to overcome participation barriers (role models, mentorship, etc
