The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your Proposal to the Request for Proposal (RFP) UNDP-UKR-01580: Improvement of the social work system and provision of social services in 11 project target oblasts.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on March 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Kyiv time) via Microsoft Teams.

Meeting details, Microsoft Teams link will be provided directly to the bidders who express interest to participate by accepting invitation and request by email.

Proposals may be submitted not later, than 17:00 (Kyiv time), March 30, 2026.

ATTENTION: Proposals shall be submitted only through Quantum Portal. Proposals shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such proposals shall be disqualified.
