Call for Three External Collaborators – Assessment of Full Project Proposals under the EU4JobsoftheFutureProject (Албания - Тендер #71142931)

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for three individuals to undertake work as External Collaborators in order to assess full projects proposals received under the EU4Jobs of the Future project. The external collaborator is expected to assess the full project proposals received in accordance with the Guidelines for Full Project Proposal Evaluation, using the evaluation grid and templates developed by the ILO. They are required to assign scores for each evaluation criterion and provide clear, concise, and relevant comments to justify the scores awarded. The assessment of each individual project proposal should be documented in a form of a separate report. Although no fieldwork is required, the external collaborator will be expected to discuss their scores and comments with the members of the Evaluation Panel once all individual assessments have been completed.
