Dear Madam/Sir, The International Telecommunication Union (“ITU”) is pleased to invite the pre-qualified companies to submit a Proposal for the Provision of “GIS and Data Management Training for Broadband Mapping”, and as further described in Annex I Terms of Reference. The following annexes form an integral part of this Invitation to Bid and are intended to facilitate the preparation and submission of responses: Annex I: Terms of Reference Appendix I: Appendix I - Basic Training Outline Appendix II: Appendix II - Intermediate Training Outline Annex II: Technical Evaluation Criteria (For reference only) Annex III: Price Form Annex IV: Instructions to Bidders Annex IV-A: Certificates to be submitted by the Bidder Annex IV-B: Bidder’s Declaration Form and Non-Disclosure Agreement Annex IV-C: ITU Supplier Registration Form Annex IV-D: ITU General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Services and Goods Annex IV-E: Comments on ITU General Conditions Please note that the deadline for your Proposal to be received by the ITU is no later than 20 March 2026 at 15:00 (Geneva Time). Late Proposals shall be rejected. Bidders wishing to receive a written response should address any queries pertaining to the subject ITB through the "correspondence" function of the e-tendering system by 11 March 2026. You may submit a Bid to the ITU provided that your organization is qualified, able, and willing to deliver the goods and services specified in this ITB. Participation in this ITB indicates acceptance of the ITU General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Services and Goodsin Annex IV-D. Any proposed modifications and/or reservations to this annex must be stated in your proposal and will be subject to further review before a contract can be concluded with you.
