Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The
consultant will provide senior-level user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design support within the ILO’s established digital design system, ensuring that components and
templates evolve consistently across multiple websites. The consultant will refine and expand components in Figma, update templates, and ensure that design solutions are scalable,
reusable, and aligned with system standards. The role requires a strong design system architecture mindset, with expert use of Figma libraries, variables, and component structures. The
consultant will produce clear and detailed documentation for developers, and proactively suggest structural improvements that enhance coherence, usability, and long-term maintainability
of the design system. Depending on exigencies of services, the assignment will require 18 days of support over a period of 6 months, on average 3 days per month. If you are interested,
please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your
proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
