Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed. The objectives of the internal evaluation include the following: 1. Assess the project’s achievement of its stated objectives, outcomes, and outputs, applying the OECD/DAC criteria (relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability) 2. Evaluate the synergies and sustainability of the project’s interventions in relation to the DWCP, national strategies and frameworks, as well as SDGs. 3. Look into the adaptability of the project to remain relevant to the needs of project beneficiaries 4. Document the lessons learnt, identify project strategies and good practices, and provide recommendations that will support organizational learning and knowledge sharing for the ILO, the ESDC, and other key stakeholders, for future interventions.
