Description

The International Labour Organization (ILO) Better Factories Cambodia (BFC) and the Global Centre on Digital Wages for Decent Work are seeking a Layout Design Consultant to support the digital wage transition in Cambodia’s garment industry. The consultant will be responsible for formatting and laying out the adapted "Financial Education for Workers in Cambodia" training materials. Key tasks include: • Extracting a Word version of the existing trainee’s booklet to facilitate text adaptation. • Laying out the adapted trainee’s booklet (approx. 200 pages) using an existing Adobe InDesign template. • Updating the laid-out trainer’s manual (approx. 500 pages) and inserting a newly developed training session. Expected deliverables include the finalized trainee"s booklet and trainer"s manual in both English and Khmer. Files must be submitted in Word, Adobe InDesign, and PDF formats (high-resolution for print, lower-resolution for web). All materials must strictly adhere to the ILO Branding 2020 guidelines and house style. The assignment requires up to 18 working days to be completed between 09 March and 22 April 2026. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in high-quality document layout and proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word.
