UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN"S FUND (UNICEF) Wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for Construction of Waste Management Storage Interested bidders must respond to this tender using the UNICEF e-submission system, via the UNGM portal. In order to access the full UNICEF tender details, request clarifications, and submit a vendor response to a tender using the system. Bidders need to be registered as a UNICEF vendor at the UNGM portal and be logged into UNGM. Bidders are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes. Proposals will be evaluated based on the cumulative analysis methodology (weighted scoring method), where the award of the contract will be made to the proposer whose offer has been evaluated and determined as the highest combination of technical and financial marks. Conducting a site visit is optional; however, bidders are encouraged to visit the site to get a realistic understanding of the scope of work to be implemented and to familiarize themselves with the scope of the works, site locations, and surrounding conditions.
