Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: [The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking an International Consultant to support the launch, knowledge-sharing, finalization, and validation of the Employment-Intensive Investment Programme (EIIP) Guidelines in Iraq. The consultant will review the draft EIIP Guidelines, design and facilitate participatory workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with government counterparts, collect and validate feedback, and integrate all inputs into the final, technically sound Guidelines. The consultant will also provide high-level advisory support, ensure alignment with project objectives, and serve as a technical interface with government authorities, project partners, and other stakeholders. The assignment will be carried out over 8 working days, from 15 March 2026 to 30 June 2026.
